Huge USA TODAY AAC Football Preview

Thanks for the link. Paul Meyerberg was the dude that use to do the College football countdown a few years back before being hired by USA Today. Very insightful!

Looks like we are flying way under the radar.

Just a lot of unknowns...

Almost a totally inexperienced WR group.

4 new starters at DB

2 new starting LB

Trying to develop an inconsistent OL (some injury plagued in 2014)

UCF has never gone into a season (maybe since Year 1) with an inexperienced WR core like this year so it will be interesting to see how fast they can develop, as UCF will need them to win.

The wide outs will be fine. The O line will be much better, Stanback will be back, Qb spot will be much improved, All of these combined with plenty of raw talent at receiver will make for a good year. Only question is will one or more of these receivers be a big play maker. We go 9-3.

Tristan Payton will be the new Speedy Hall on steroids.

There's a reason most teams don't rely on incoming Freshmen WR/redshirt Freshmen WR...because experience generally helps their performance thru the years.

No one has any clue how all of these new WR's will perform as a unit...when/will they "save" Holman when he gets into trouble and/or make tough catches off badly thrown balls.

While 1 or 2 might stand out...UCF needed 4 or 5 experienced WR's in past years to help maximize their impact. I hope all of the young guns step up this year and have Career type years in Season 1.

JJ and Speedy "saved" quite a few plays and games.
