Jay Feely: Tebow is single-worst QB ever
The former Cardinal recalls watching Tim Tebow flub his routes on air: "He's such a dichotomy for me. Because I really respect the person, the man ... [but] he was the single-worst quarterback I ever saw in my career in the NFL." (via Jim Rome on Showtime)

If I were an NFL coach, no way in Hell would I want TEbow as my QB. That being said, he is not even close to being the "worst QB to play in the NFL". I don't understand the hate for this guy.

He's obviously talking about the worst QB he saw in his career - ie the worst QB he ever played against. IYAM.

From a pure passing perspective he has to be in the talk of at least worst of a decade that has got meaningful playing time.

Same way that other overhyped, over-covered players are hated. Think Manziel, etc and other guys on the ESPN hype machine

he has a few problems.
1. He is an awful practice player, and their are coaches that don't care what you can do in games if they can's see you do it in practice.
2. His release is just slightly faster than my dead grandmother's
3. He is only slightly more accurate than a blind chimpanzee
4. He brings a circus that no coach wants to listen to or deal with. if you want proof of that just look at why the jags never even looked at bringing him in for a camp. he would sell out that stadium for them with all the gator fans up there, but no coach or player for that mater wants to hear a "we want tebow chant for a whole game"

worst ever? from a pure accuracy standpoint, he could be the worst starter Ive ever seen outside of every dolphins QB ive seen in the last 20 years...

Why I don't like him: he went to uf and for four years, we had to hear what a great Qb he was from obnoxious turd fans who thought this kid was the next coming of Peyton Manning. And MANY gator fans still think he hasn't gotten his fair shake and that he is destined for greatness.

Why most of the world doesn't like him (and I don't agree with this, but I have a feeling it's the reason): he's an openly practicing Christian who wears his faith on his sleeve. It makes people mad/uncomfortable/mean.

Agree 100%. Celebrities that openly tout their Christian faith get hammered by people simply because it serves as a reminder that they are going to hell.
