I met so many knight fans inside and outside the stadium, and they all had a great attitude. They were having fun supporting a team with very little chance to win and not a single complaint about the coaches.

My only complaint as far as coaching was the decision to bring Nick Patti in in the third quarter. I thought it was a great time to get your freshman QB reps in a tough environment. The outcome of the game did not really matter one way or another.

Thanks for the report. UCF Knight football has a great video of you guys at the end of the 2nd quarter on facebook.

I always find it awesome going to away games, especially out of conference. The fans that travel are typically there for the team win or lose. I have yet to have a bad experience. It is always nice to hear what other fan bases say face to face about your program. So different from the crap you read on these boards or the Orlando Slantinel and/or Bianchi. And so many people are upset with where college football has gone and wish things were different to bring in better programs and ditch the parasite programs that are out there for the free conference money. If you haven't been to an OOC away game, you really need to go experience it.

Had a great time. Weather held up for the most part.

Great turnout. There were a lot of UCF fans who just realize that following your team to big boy schools and their stadiums is very fun even if your team isn't playing well.

USC fans are very friendly and nice. A lot of random people stopped to talk to us and striked up a conversation. Many mentioned their trip in 2013.

The stadium was an amazing experience. Huge, electrifying and intimidating. It was so packed. Very difficult to find your seat and you can't move around between sections at all. The "cock"' that they played was hilarious. Sounded like screams from a haunted house.

I was amazed as it seemed like practically the whole city was at the game. Fun to watch them all waiving the towels. I've see it on TV. Got a little jealous of SEC football.

It was so quiet when we were up 14-5, but the UCF section was going nuts. Shocking actually. Reminded me of 2013.

The city of Columbia was a disappointment. Not a lot to do. Very few upscale places, lots of abandoned stores and shopping centers and everything shuts down early. Even on a Friday and Saturday night.

No place in the entire state is more than about 2 hours drive from the stadium. The fanbase is not limited to Columbia. The biggest Gamecock Club Chapter is in Greenville-Spartanburg (1.3 million metro population) 1.5 hours away. Charleston is also only about 1.5 hours away.

I am an alum, and I don't care for the city of Columbia either - though I love the school and campus.
