He's ignoring the problem and hopes he can get out of office before something like 9/11 or Paris happens here and he actually has to call the problem what it is and do something about it. He doesn't care if they kill a dozen at a time because it helps him propagate his gun agenda and he can call them mass shootings instead of radical Islamic terrorism.
