GOL earned the right to be AD and Key earned the right to be OC. They're both going to get what they deserve. Simple as that.
Why do so many posters think Hitt is an idiot or something? Disrespectful actually. He's just mature enough not to make quick knee-jerk reactions. He will do what is best sooner or later. We're in good hands.

Early hasn't earned the right to be AD. He has no business acumen and his glad handing with boosters is subpar. As those are the two biggest jobs of AD, UCF shouldn't hand it over.
He absolutely earned the right to get a shot as interim AD. And he's proving why he shouldn't be the long term choice.
Hmm.., that's an interesting thought although it won't happen. Probably could be a great o-line coach as well.
Just thinking outside the box. If we have to pay him a $5 million buyout, we might as well try to see if we can something out of it. Likely unrealistic getting a head coach to turn into a DC.
