If biden promised to get us off of fossil fuels

Are you mad about more drilling? You seem like the kind of guy who would be mad with less drilling and more green energy initiatives. Is it just because it’s Biden? Things will be ok. Just got to get through a few more years.
I have no clue, probably because I am sure Republicans will block anything to get us away from oil.
Wish we were a little more strategic with some of the energy decisions... Pipeline from Canada with volume-based restrictive measures to appease environmentalists (which I am a touch of) would be nice during times like these... Open up the throttle as needed, then return to pre-war / crisis levels.
Just trying to figure out what the plan is. Joe said one thing and has done the opposite. It's hard to know what to plan for.
Dude, we obviously arent getting rid of oil anytime soon, his goal was always to start reducing dependence and be off of it completely by 2050. Obviously we cant change the entire energy infrastructure in a few years. Much of his plan with that was with build back better, which didnt pass, so this is a republican thing, not a Biden thing. He is using what he has to work with at the moment.
What are we going to do for roads, plastic byproducts, etc? You would be surprised how much comes from fossil fuels. Not even realistic for this conversation without alternatives.
We are not getting away from fossil fuels anytime soon and today Russia just posted record oil profits. His country has benefited from the war. Can we hurry up and cut another check?

I don't think it's Biden's actions, but rather inactions or diminishing cognitive abilities that have people worried / concerned... Trump was a loose cannon with a short wick, but you knew he was in the mix of things, like him or not. It ain't Joe pushing his agenda, "they" are calling the shots at this point. Curious who "they" are... Certainly not who most people voted for. That's concerning.
