After studying this pic more closely, I have to say this guy was using perfect form. Notice that he is nearly fully reclined. He also has his right leg bent 90 degree at the knee which helps him as a righty get full fap motion with his right hand. Well done sir ..... well done.

Dude is biting his lip. Has his eyes closed. He was almost there. But this is the type of dude that would do it on a bus or the subway. He's way to comfortable trying to fight eruption with eruption in public. Plus, why does he have a horn? Did he always have one?
