Key is being GOL's little lap dog on offense. Just like Salem and Charlie (early on) before him. He spends all the practice time trying to develop the straight ahead running game - probably too much. When it works, that's GOL ball and you can bank on a good year. When it doesn't , we don't know how to adapt, you can bank on a bad year.
We better learn how to adapt because AAC talent is high this year.

GOL is totally uncreative. HIs brand of football is power football ...run it right at them. Anyone can do that and be successful if you have the biggest, fastest and smartest players in the country. When you look for a new head coach or any coach for that matter you have to look at how they have done with their talent level. There are very talented coaches out there in lower divisions waiting to be discovered. Unfortunately in our CYA society most will never get a chance.
Why? O'Leary is the AD. So unless he is stripped of his role, he can still make Key the head coach.
