Peevy's strengths are Kingston's weaknesses and vice versa.
Peevy's strength's are Negotiating, TV rights and contracts, third party contracts, apparel and such,
etc.
His weaknesses will come in the form of working with alumni and donors in the beginning at UCF.
He is coming from UK Athletics which is a VERY loyal and supportive group, year in and year out.
Peevy was not the face of UK Athletics, he was the behind the scenes since I have been there.
