On a you tube channel I watch I heard about
Pretty crazy stuff. Midwest doesn't have the types of building codes we have for wind. So they got destroyed. Add on to that farmers are already hurting due to the grain markets being shit this year...

Building codes don't matter when you're talking about a 140 foot tall empty grain bin that is hit with 120 mph winds. Besides that, the structural damage is nothing compared to the fact that over 40% of the crops in Iowa are gone.
