Rubio with a big jump. Trump is dead in the water. Huge turn out and he's going nowhere. Hopefully he's finished after New Hampshire. Bush, Christie and Kasich need to get out and give Rubio all they have left.

Trump was never going to win Iowa, Cruz put his entire campaign there. Way to early, Iowa has only picked four republican candidates.
I agree it's too early but Trump was polling +11% less than a week ago. He's now one point from third. His supporters didn't vote and that will continue. Rubio will solidify the moderate vote and continue to rise.
Maybe but doubtful. Iowa voting is public, no other vote will be public so if people had issues being identified as a trump supporter in Iowa, that won't happen anywhere else.
Not saying he wins but it the same dynamics as Iowa.
Any of the top three republicans could beat either den. The deme only win if they find another candidate.
It's moronic to think anyone really won Iowa. Cruz got eight delegates, Trump seven and Rubio 6. If trump would have won he would have one or two more delegates which means nothing. Iowa is a media event that in the grand scheme of things means very little. Not until South Carolina do things get going.

Let's be honest here. I've have said for a long time that people that would vote for Hillary have to have questionable ethics and morals. Not surprising to me.
Actual delegates in Iowa don't matter as much as perception. Rubio was likely the big winner last night.

Cruz and Bush have all the super pac money, if some of that money shifts to Rubio, this could get interesting.

Trump will win New Hampjire and go into South Carolina with the lead although that means little. This race starts in South Carolina, Rubio is the establishment pick and this is an anti establishment year. I can't go for Cruz, he is just too religious for me, I can't go for Rubio because he is nothing more than the next chapter in a Washington establishment plan. Rubio will get Ryan as his running mate and amnesty will fly through as if Hillary was in office.
I want politics in Washington blown up, to me there are two candidate that could do that, one is a socialist the other is Trump.

I don't think Sanders would blow up the system up, he would just continue the march toward Socialism that this country has been embracing for a long time. Eight years of Clinton, eight years of Obama, Sanders is just an extreme extension of past liberal policies.
Republicans need to realize that General Election turnout is different than Congressional races. Let the immigration issue go that is spinned by the other side as anti-Hispanic or the Party will lose every General Election for the the next 20 years. You don't piss of a group that is around 40% of the population in key swing states. A Rubio nomination will get some of that support back into the Republican Party

I'll slow down for you? Polls mean nothing in Iowa, they are never right, people don't vote Iowa, they caucus. A trump supporter is not your typical voter, they will vote behind a curtain I don't see them going to a high school gym and standing in little groups to be counted. Simply put,many Trump supporters are not "professional" voters. The fact that Trump leaves Iowa with one less delegate than Cruz who spent much more time there and the demographic is more suited for him is a break even for trump. The debate on Fox was going to be an ambush and he knew it. Fox is 100% behind Rubio, you have to be blind not to see that. They are no different than msnbc is for Sanders. New Hamphire is a voting state, let's see how trump does there. If Trump wins by 15% or more, skipping the debate was of no impact.

They had a good run the last couple months. Iowa almost made the CFB playoffs, then the caucus. Now it can go back to being one of the most forgotten states.
It's not contradiction, I said it may hurt him it may not let's wait and see. I don't see last nights results hurting him, he broke even with a guy that made Iowa his priority. What was evident is the establishment got behind Rubio. The anti establishment still pulled in over 60% of the vote. Trump's poll numbers for NH and SC did not drop after the debate, let's see if that is true or not.
