Irrigation well help

I'm thinking about installing an irrigation well at my house to cut back on what I've been spending on my water bill. I had two companies come out and have estimates of $1,500 and $1,800 for a complete system hooked up to my irrigation system. Is that a reasonable price and does anyone here have a company that they could recommend? I appreciate any feedback or suggestions.

I think I could get the well installed but it's the electrical and plumbing connections that scare me.

Shit get someone who is decent with pool plumbing. That's what I've done.
