She isn't an actress, playing a role. She is truly that stupid, and the people that vote for her are as well.

Also, her assertion on capitalism is not just a joke, but an insult to every small business owner that does very much care. It's an argument for control, not regulation. We have licensed Environmental Engineers and others for this reason. Why?
Because peer enforcement is much better than government authority.

Heck, California is becoming the showpiece for government environmental policy, and I mean in the worst way. 10x the cost, 1/10th the results. The Sierra Club started that mess a half-century ago, and they've only become more idiotic and self-defeating.
