A spin off of the Star Wars thread.

I saw X-Men 3 at the midnight premier. I'm a nerd, that's understood. But I draw the line at dressing in costumes and clapping during good scenes or at the conclusion of the film.

GoldenBuc is on the opposite side of the spectrum. Cosplay is normal now, and clapping to show your satisfaction with a movie scene is spontaneous and fun.

Which side do you fall into?

Yes that's the whole joy of going to opening night. And yes, it's fun to act like a kid sometimes

I clap at the end of video games. If you finished Last of Us without a standing ovation you just don't know art when it punches you in the throat.
