I have read so many post stating how it is important that the next AD or HC have UCF ties or an affinity for UCF. Why does that matter at all? It seems like many want to be "comfortable and prideful that an x- UCF person get the gig....who cares. Bottom line is "W's". Many I see want a HC who will be at UCF for awhile....who cares. Would you take a HC that wins 1-2 AAC titles and Bowl wins for 3 years and moves on or a HC that wins maybe 1 -2 AAC over 10 years and puts the program behind? Greed is Good like Gordo said. What do you prefer?
