Is this acceptable behavior from UCF Athletics?

Maybe I am the crazy one here but looking for honest feedback. My family lives out of town and we support most UCF sports; I'd guess we spend 5k a year after stadium club football seats and all other sports season tickets. We go to most football games and at least two games for baseball/volleyball/softball every year. I know I'm small time in the world of ticket sales and donors, but I feel like this is really poor service. Due to Texas and Oklahoma softball games, I made a killing last year on my seats. Every other sport in every other has not been profitable. Just feels like ticket rep is being petty and vindictive because I don't like Terry.

Not sure how to fix this other than not giving UCF Athletics the ticket sales.
