It's about GOL splitting his time as athletic director and handing the reins to Key to run the team. If it was injuries and youth, the issues would be in certain areas. This team has discipline issues top to bottom. Missed tackles, missed blocks, stupid penalties (I've never heard of a facemask penalty on the punt coverage team), turnovers, blown coverages, dropped passes, etc. I've watched all the games this year and they didn't seem prepared to play in any of them.
