Pros- big arm, decent overall athlete. Cannot question toughness.

Cons- decision making, inconsisent accuracy, don't feel like he's making good reads presnap either. Doesn't look like he's anticipating what's coming.

And don't make all the excuses for him since his 1 of 6 passes that actually hits a guy is dropped. Or the bad OL. His athleticism makes a couple of plays but mostly doesn't do anything To help. Let's be honest and recognize our WR core last year covered a lot of stuff up too.

Not saying he's bad. We've had a pot worse at UCF. But he's not a great overall qb package that's a lock as a starter moving forward. He's "fine"

One Positive about this flawed roster is that at least the QB depth chart will have 3 guys with most of the Physical tools to be a good QB hopefully under a new coaching staff next season.

Holman has never had a running game behind him that has averaged more than 2YPC so he's been put in crap situation with not much balance his entire time as the Starting QB

His on field performance puts him probably second only to Bortles for all of GOLs recruits to date. Bo might be better but hasn't proven it obviously.

Holman is obviously still very injured.....horrible throwing

Should have taken a redshirt

Since you can't put a statue like Schneider behind a high school quality OL (in fact I'll say he isn't right for a mid-major level school at all where O lines tend to have less consistancy from year to year than say a Georgia or Alabama) its time to try Harris for a couple of games.

Justin Holman is an above average QB..I would rather have him over a lot of QB's in FBS. When healthy he is much better than our other options. Justin Holman wasn't right tonight. He is clearly hurting and his supporting cast is doing him no favors whatsoever. If you want to be concerned about something call out the offensive line..not Holman.

Sigh. Not saying he's the reason we lost. But healthy Holman also got shutout in the 2nd half of fiu. He's a fine player but not a difference making qb. He's basically no better than a Brett Hodges.

He looked worse later in that game. Definitely looked like he aggravated the injury a bit and it impacted his throws, some of which were incredibly terrible. Our best go-to play so far this year is Holman dropping back and scrambling for his life.

His mobility kept the previous 2 drives alive to have FG attempts

Schneider was throwing INTS to Tulane's Defense and isn't mobile. Holman is the best option for now but with this team that it's not saying much. I'd like to see him under a new HC/OC/QB Coach

In other words Holman should be another QB that converts to WR.

All you experts praising him last year

"He's way ahead of Blake Bortles at this stage"

Surprise, some of you are on this post.

It took recruiting six QBs taking away schollies from WRs but yeah they might finally have got it right.*
