Kate said she picked up Winston around 2:00 a.m. in Scottsdale, Arizona on March 13, 2016. He was supposedly the only person in the car, and as soon as she drove off with him, he apparently began yelling gay slurs at pedestrians before demanding that they go pick up some food. While waiting at Los Betos Mexican Food, Kate says Winston reached over, grabbed her, and left his fingers there for “three to five seconds.” She said he only removed his hand after she asked him “What’s up with that?”

Report: NFL investigating Jameis Winston for groping Uber driver

Truthfully, it will be easy to prove whether he was in Scottsdale or not. Now, whether he was actually the one in the Uber will come down to whether there's proof of him being in the car. Then there's the whole he said/she said battle.

All that said, he's proven time and again that he's a waste of a human being so I'd bet the farm that there's some truth to this.

The Bucs needs to just cut this idiot loose already and find their next franchise QB. They took him despite all of the baggage since they thought he was the next great thing and he's been regressing since his rookie season.

Once a scumbag always a scumbag.

Uber already investigated this last year as it was Winston's account that called for the UBER, plus, Jameis admitted that his Uber account was cancelled, plus he admitted he was in that car but just not in front seat as other "unnamed" people were in the car with him.

3-5 seconds? I thought that was for the rule for food dropped on the floor? One would think in a half a second a woman (or man) would have reacted instantly to an unwanted touching..as that is the only thing about this story that is a head scratcher.
