Richmond, Va., point guard Jeremy Sheppard made it official earlier today, signing his NLI with UCF. He had committed back in September. His final four also included Missouri State, Old Dominion and UNC-Wilmington and other offers included Cincinnati, East Carolina and Xavier.
"Coach Jones compared me to Jason Williams and Stephen Curry put together," Sheppard said in an earlier interview. "I can facilitate and still get off shots and score the ball. I can do both things as a point guard. That's what I always try to do - set up everyone else, be a leader and also score to help the team win."
