On a nationwide telecast no less. If UCF doesn't have the money to fire this guy, we need to hire a new AD who spends all of his time up Gus' butt (7x24), hires the right staff and basically runs the football program. Then Gus can either stay in the background or he can quit. Either way, we'll be in better hands with the right AD....
is that Tim Harris Jr ? if so it begs the question who is he waiving off more, his QB or the OC he was forced to allow call plays.

to put this in context and if I remember correctly, Rizk just had an incompletion throwing into coverage while a wide open Pittman was ten yards further down the field waving to him saying hello, no one is covering me. Granted Utah defense was great and put a lot of pressure on the Qb's last night, but the decision making was really bad with Rizk last night. Gus showing his frustration of it all. Could be his Gus's fault as well, however, Rizk really missed an easy TD opportunity at that moment. If you had a video of me during that time it would show me doing the same thing towards the TV I was watching. 
Season is over. I gave up caring too much on the Coaching staff and wins/losses awhile back, probably it was the Colorado game. I'd recommend every UCF fan to do the same. Sit back and relax. Nothing we can do about it. Complaining over and over on how bad everything is/was is counter productive in my opinion. Check out the great cool weather we are experiencing right now. Go out and get some fresh air.

I saw this live when it happened and I’d have a hard time not beating his ass if I were Rizk or a family member.
He's shown that he could have made better reads if he had any time at all (ex Arizona)....Utah played man in their secondary with an 8 man front (a lot) and we ran the same old plays that we would run if they were in a traditional defense. Our QB's didn't stand a chance. This Offensive non-performance was more on the play calling than the players. It's time to part with Gus....

That's Gus coaching a QB. That explains everything. May not like the ex-HC of usf who went to Louis. Tech and now I occassionally watch in USFL-AFL-ALF Whatever-, every mistake the HC is over teaching/coaching the QB. Guess this 'genius' is too good for that.
PS. At least the pass was to the WR, in coverage, Milton's 1st year it would have been 3-4 feet over the WR's head. Not that they're the same, but a young QB can improve if he has a coach.
