Killins Kickoff Strategy

I'm not sure what the NCAA rules are for this, but I ref high school football and I know that the rules for that play are different between the NFL and HS. In HS, it's considered illegal participation if a player intentionally goes out of bounds and intentionally touches the ball. However, you would still have the illegal procedure for kicking a free kick out of bounds. So, there would be a foul on each team which would offset and we would re-kick the kickoff.

Whichever way college goes with that, it's probably still preferable over what we saw today lol.
