Yeah. Their logic to try and discredit UCF is flawed and full of holes and keeps getting shot down every week. So now Herbstreit has to try and make a bold stand and instead makes an absolutely ridiculous claim. Becht picked his statement apart during our game.

App State is pretty good, Utah State isn't that bad either, haven't watched Fresno. Anyway we would still be favored by 7 and beat all 3 by at least 10, we are on another tier.
On paper Herbie is a fair minded nice guy.

App St. isn't that good, pretty 1-dimensional, just a RB team. At least they have a RB step up once their best is lost for the year. They have yet to play a good team without their #1 back. 100 yrds passing v. ULL??

How many passing yards did we have tonight? They're on the same level as Temple, Memphis and Cincinnati a good team that can give you a hard game. They play good defense and losing their top back hurts. We'd beat them but would've blow the doors off of them.
Have you watched them play? They're a good, well coached team. They'd be a top 5 team in the AAC, I'd say they could beat Cincinnati and Temple, would be close against Houston and USF. I'd take them as a football only member in this conference.
We will never convince Herbstreit even if we win 20 more in a row, but when even Dennis Dodd is starting to write something positive, you know we are doing something very special.
