Man they already make crappy shoes. No need to shakedown a company for $20 million.

Wonder what happened with his relationship with Stormy Daniels?

Wow. Trumps enemies are on the run in forests or dropping like flies

What a last few days! I guess American is winning again

What’s next? Mexico will pay for the wall and actually build it too? :joy:

You forgot the best part- Geragos is Jussie Smollett's lawyer. It's like a perfect hodge podge of fake news pushers and scumbags in one.

And oh, the irony of Geragos representing Kaep when Nike is the one who ran the Kaep campaign. Shaking down the company that is supporting your client - wise!

BREAKING NEWS: NEW 36-COUNT INDICTMENT FILED AGAINST ATTORNEY MICHAEL AVENATTI

by Kevin Ryan

Attorney Michael Avenatti has been charged in a 36-count grand jury indictment this morning. Prosecutors say he received settlements for clients, but did not inform them and kept and hid the money.

Avenatti was also charged last month with wire fraud and tax fraud by federal prosecutors in California, alleging that beginning around 2015, his law firm and a coffee chain he owned stopped paying payroll taxes, channeling millions of dollars withheld from employees to his personal bank accounts instead.

And he was also charged last month with attempting to extort more than $20 million from Nike Inc. by threatening to release damaging information about the company if Nike didn’t pay him to conduct an “internal investigation.”

He has denied wrongdoing.
