There's little question that GOL has led the UCF football program to new heights and I really think that this is going to be (and should be) his last season as HC. I think he's done and will resign, so we as fans should do the honorable thing: show up to his last game as HC and bid him a fond farewell.
I'm dead serious.
Along with the seniors, we should make the usf game our fond farewell to GOL. We should pack the place to honor his accomplishments of the program and thank him for his dedication and service to UCF. We should do this in a classy way, no boos or salty language, but a really sincere send off. I think it would be a nice gesture for a man who has done so much for our program.
Let's make it happen! Fill the Bounce House and give ol' George a standing ovation.
