Looks real. I saw an old couple get hit crossing 436 a few years ago and this looked very similar. Except in that case, the driver stopped and at least five people got out to try to help and/or call 911.

Real, but most likely the 2nd driver didn't know what was going on. Night blindness or just unaware.
