Does anybody think this is an actual possibility? If so, what kind of odds would you put on it?

Likelyhood is fairly decent. Since the 25th amendment is used to replace a president who resigns, dies, or is otherwise removed from office. At least one if not all those things are in the realm of possibility with Biden.

I was talking more about the situation where Biden is incapacitated in some way, and his staff draws up a motion because of it.

It's unlikely Biden incites an insurrection like his predecessor, so the chances of his Cabinet debating removing him from office are zero percent.
