I just put together this list from memory and a quick review of past schedules, then used an online calculator for the "as the crow flies" geographic distance in miles.
These are the longest games in UCF history, all 1,000 miles or more from Orlando.
I tallied up 26 games and UCF won just five: 1994 game at Maine, 2012 game at UTEP, 2013 Fiesta Bowl and 2016 & 2018 games at UConn.
I included the Boise distance, obviously it hasn't been played yet. It's the second-longest trip for UCF in the Continental USA.
Hawaii (1995, bowl game 2005) - 4,739
Penn State in Ireland (2014) - 4,061
Stanford (2015) - 2,421
Boise State (2023) - 2,184
Utah State (2001) - 1,933
BYU (2011) - 1,893
Fiesta Bowl (2013 vs. Baylor, 2018 vs. LSU) - 1,849
Arizona State (2003) - 1,833
New Mexico (1996) - 1,546
UTEP (2008, 2012) - 1,513
Maine (1994) - 1,318
Nebraska (1997) - 1,211
Kansas State (2010) - 1,137
Wichita State (1986) - 1,116
Boston College (2008) - 1,114
Wisconsin (2004) - 1,098
UConn (2014, 2016, 2018) - 1,037
Tulsa (2008, 2012, 2012 CCG, 2015, 2019) - 1,000
I didn't doublecheck this list, but I think it's mostly accurate. Buffalo was listed as 999 miles away, FYI.
