1 hour, thirty one minutes later, I got what I needed in less than 30 seconds. No downloading, no mailing, no notarized statement. Its was clear that the phone system doesnt have anyone assigned to do the task for the number on the IVR that I pushed. The system simply rolls over to general operators and puts you in low priority mode until absolutely nobody else is calling in wanting to give them money, rather than cost them money. So basically, the only way you get waited on is that they absolutely aren't doing anything else. They didnt pick up the phone until after they had stopped taking all calls. Absolutely infuriating.
