There are plenty of tickets in the lower bowl on Ticketmaster.

Remember, there are 3 levels at the Citrus Bowl along the sideline, 2 level's in south end and 1 level in North end zone.

Many tix have been donated to organization.

I hope there are 30k buttstock in seats come Saturday...use crowd counters will release attendance figure for bowl game.

Note: Answer is no, they are not opening up 3rd level upper decks...just like in some past bowl games there too.
