"Another UCF coach with real talent was Kirk Callahan who coached up Jacoby Glenn to All American status, and moved on to the Gators in just a few years. This is the career path most good coaches take to becoming a coordinator and head coach. You move up the ladder to better programs gaining experience along the way. If you are good enough you get good opportunities, if you aren't you wait ten years until your mentor is on the cusp of retirement and get rewarded for your loyalty. At least that's the way it works at UCF. But I digress."
