Today on The Bridge w/Bianchi, Daniels got sanctimonious on us again. Calling fans “miserable” for not being pleased with the QB play. There are occasions where it’s valid to criticize unrealistic expectations of fans, but I don’t think last night was one of them. The QB play was disconcerting last night, no matter how you slice it, and it’s perfectly understandable to be concerned and/or frustrated about it.
I understand Daniels’ position limits what he can say about UCF coaches and players, but he does often seem to forget who ultimately pays him. Without fan interest, he doesn’t have a job. All I ask of him is to be reasonable in his criticism of fans.
