I'm speaking too soon..maybe Memphis can't too.31-14. Our 2013 team couldn't beat a Sec team.

Go Tigers!
I loved that 2013 team but no offense we had to escape alot of our own conference teams to go 12-1. I doubt we beat SEC teams, but then again who knows maybe the Cardiac Knights wouldve applied across the board. We didn't beat USC, but by year's end we would have beaten a lot of SEC teams. USC was very very good that year and we lost by 3.

As for the South Carolina game, in the 2nd half they manhandled us on the line scrimmage and ran it down our throats. We were down by 18 in the 4th before it looked respectable.
Justin Fuentes is a great communicator. He knows when to prop the conference at the right time. Good for him because until he decides to take that big P5 job - sorry he's not coming to UCF - he's still a coach in the American. I cant think of anyone except Aresco who can articulate how important it is to represent your conference.
One could look at it that way, but take away a terribly called double pass and a Blake pick in the endzone and it's a W
Those 2 late pass plays for TDs showed great athleticism and speed against SEC DBs
Can't say it was completely garbage time.
Anyway, we beat Louisville on the road
and THEY were better than a lot of SEC schools. Just saying, despite playing down to lesser opponents, we had a very good 2013 team.
