Class act, but he was supposed to be a stud back with breakaway speed and he never showed that. So he ran for 100 yards against SMU at 4 yards a clip. Big deal. He showed nothing against USF or anyone else. He's not good enough or he would be starting. I'm not worried about this loss at all.

He never redshirted, so going to another FBS program wouldn't be unreasonable to do as long as he's willing to sit for a season. Good luck to him, whatever his decision is.
