i cant believe you missed it! but really it was a bigger story back when bush was the president and the statues were holding obama back from campaigning effectively.

Why don't we tear down every reference to Andrew Jackson? He waged war against many Native American tribes. He was clearly a RACIST.
GOL has said some pretty bigoted things and he's really mean. As a snowflake, I find his statue very offensive.

Let's not forget, we have an active aircraft carrier named after a pro-segregationist Democrat, but I guess the sheeple will give him a pass because of the "D" after his name, just like they did for Robert Byrd.

Rewrites of history now say all of those slaves were actually volunteered union workers who never worked more than 40 yrs per week and had complete health and retirement benefits so those monuments are good to go now.

As a civic-welding Libertarian, I have to agree on most of the selections, as it's base on how they harmed the Constitution.
In the case of Andrew Jackson, the author did an extremely favorable book on him where he considers Jackson one of the greatest American commanders and leaders of all-time. And Jackson highlights the list of 9, Constitutionally as well.
