Maybe she is right, but hard to tell with as little details as she gives. Most were not arrested right away so they havent been in jail for almost a year, many were given bail, some have already had trials. So unless she tells us specifically who she is talking about, it is hard to know whether she is in the right or not.
That's a fair question. [Business] Insider has a good list.
Thousands of pro-Trump supporters descended on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021. Two years later, more than 1,000 have been charged with crimes.

But I am also concerned that the government is taking its sweet time gathering evidence though. If I was a judge, I'd be quick to force the government to complete its investigations in a timely manner, and force them to bring things to trial, regardless, based on duration of custody.
And there is also the issue of the government not differentiating between those on the grounds, and those who actually entered the building. Protesting outside is one thing. Going into the building where the votes were being ratified is another. Sorry, but there is a huge difference.
I also give some credit to those who merely
'followed the herd' and once they realized they were not
'welcome' into the building, they immediately exited. Yes, that happens too. That also explains why only 1/6th have made pleas, while some of the other 5/6ths are not, and maintaining their innocence.
I mean, for those Progressives that were complaining about those
'gut toting idiots' in St. Louis towards a
'peaceful' crowd, I invite you not only to watch the video again, but the fact that they were just
'following the herd' on someone's private property, ignoring the signs, even jumping the fence with clear signage!
It goes both ways.
