Planned Parenthood workers and feminist protesters aren't doctors. You don't know anyone who had a child at 22-23 weeks, which is the medically accepted timeframe for fetal viability. Nobody, not even Planned Parenthood, is arguing against that except in severe cases where the life of the mother is at risk. You should read your court cases.
Life begins when that life can sustain itself outside of the womb. The medically, and legally, accepted time frame for this is between 22 and 23 weeks.

Roe v. Wade gave states the right to ban abortions during the third trimester, unless the life of the mother is at risk. Casey v. Planned Parenthood revised that decision based on modern medical data and the "third trimester" (roughly 28 weeks) was revised to the now 22-23 week period. This is the current law.
Bernie does not support 100% free choice and no regulation. He supports the established laws.

Hillary gave the exact correct answer in that case, though, by mentioning that Roe v. Wade (and not mentioning Casey v. Planned Parenthood) has already established the laws for late-term abortions.
