I have a G27 as my concealed carry and love it. But would like to have a slightly slimmer 40. Don't want a G43 cause I don't care for 9mm. I want a fricking single stack 40. When will Glock give me what I want????

I assume a single stack .40 is in the works since they already have the 43 out now and Ive heard good things. but you know glock, probably wont release it for 10 more years...

And why no Gen 5' in 40 caliber??? I get it ... 9mm is more popular. But there are still some real men left who can handle 40 caliber.

There is no need for a .40 in single stack. Frankly with the improvements in 9mm ammo there's not really a need for .40 in general anymore.

i think at the time .40 served a purpose, but as time has gone on, the 9mm ammo has drastically improved. i just dont see the need for it anymore. i think 9mm and .45 both have their places and serve the majority of needs in the handgun market at this time.

Prob never, all the oper8tor types are moving away from 40, so civilians are following them. No demand. Buy a shield, and then hate yourself. Shot my buddies shield in .40 and it was noticably more recoil-y than my XDs 9 or G23.

Not to mention that Gaston has a personal vendetta against the caliber. I had an early 2nd Gen Glock 22 and it only said ".40" not ".40 S&W" because supposedly he hated seeing the initials "S&W" on his guns.

I have a gen4 G27 which is 40 caliber. Also have a gen4 G35 again which is a 40 caliber. But kinda digging the new gen5's but as of now only in 9mm.....the choice of cucks.

If you really want a .40, pick up the new Smith and Wesson MP40 2.0.

Their Gen 2 pistols are really great and they made a lot of nice improvements. The grips are awesome.

You have the 3.3 or 4? I have a 3.3, my serial number is under 500 as I pre-ordered it as soon as I found out they were making one because it was exactly what I was looking for in a carry weapon. Kinda want a 4" now tho. #thatswhatshesaid
