NCAA Rules Committee announces several rules in regards to timeouts (including team timeouts within 30 secs prior to media timeout to count as media timeout), plus changes in backcourt 10 sec count (like it was for many some 40 years ago), to 30 sec shot clock to moving out restricted arc as well.
