The NCAA routinely punishes student athletes for getting bad grades or accepting free meals, but nowhere in its 440-page rule book does it cite penalties for sexual violence.

The NCAA routinely punishes student athletes for getting bad grades or accepting free meals, but nowhere in its 440-page rule book does it cite penalties for sexual violence.

Reports of sexual violence are required to be investigated by Title IX office and the university police. Criminal charges can be filed by victims. I think the context is different, sexual violence is a criminal offense, bad grades, etc are a violation of their contract.

NCAA doesn't say anything also about homicide, DUI, and a list of other crimes either does it?
