NFL upholds Tard Brady's suspension

I don't care if he was innocent or not. He was never going to get a fair shake when the guy who hands down the punishment also reviews to see if the punishment was fair and justified. It is a kangaroo court at best.

I just wish the suspension was during specific weeks, not the first 4.

Pitt - L
Buff - W
Jax - W
Dall - L

So they're going to end up 2-2 at the beginning of the season, a record they might've had anyways. Fukc that, dude, I say give them weeks 6, 7, 12 & 16 so they can loose all 4 of those.

Buffalo went 9-7 last year and has a pretty good young team. I think they'll beat NE without Brady.

1. brady wont get an injunction. In order to get an injunction he needs to prove he has a good shot of winning this case which he doesnt and he has to show that if he is suspended it causes HIM (not the team) irreparable harm which it doesnt.

2. polian said it best yesterday, if brady had said after the whole thing came out, I like my balls a little softer than they were coming out but i didnt know i was breaking any rules than this would be over. they would have fined him but i would have been a slap on the wrist.

3. If this was a criminal investigation he would have gone to jail for evidence tampering by destroying his cell phone. it kills his credibility. the league didnt even want to go through it on their own. they wanted his lawyer to read it to them.

4. Listening to the sports channel this morning and it said that the NFL jumped in front of brady and filed for federal court in NY to get more friendly judges than Minnesota that is where brady wanted to go. a miami sports lawyer said that since they filed 1st, they will more than likely have the hearings their.

5. Its the fault of the players and the union that goodel has the power he has...they wanted shorter practices and no 2 a days and in return they gave him absolute power...a judge sees that and he says bye bye

6. Robert kraft had no problem with Wells's 1st report against the miami dolphins. It was a perfect work of art...against tom brady it isnt worth S#!t and a complete fabrication. he should have never put his trust in the league. Kraft is an a$$clown

If Brady and his cunty cheating coach would have just admitted that this happened right away and deflated the issue (get it? HAHA) then this would have been over in roughly 3 days afterwards.

It's their stupid, cunty insistence to lie, cover up evidence, and act like they're too good to even address the issue is what has sunk them.

This is a team that has cheated basically throughout the Hoddie's tenure yet nothing has ever happened to them. They should just admit cheating when in doubt since it doesn't seem to matter.

Like, I've never destroyed a phone. I've broken the glass or cracked the corners or something, but to destroy a phone, you almost have to do that on purpose.

He just sounds like such a little bitch trying to justify himself, it's pathetic.

Brady/NFLPA tried to get their appeal heard in Minnesota in front of a judge that has typically been friendly to player but the NFL pre-emptively filed action in New York to attempt to keep it there. The Minnesota court smacked the shit out of their request to move it to Minnesota.

This is only justice if the Patriots go at least 2-2 in those first 4 games. I'd much prefer 1-3. I'm going to kill someone if they somehow luck out and go 3-1 or even 4-0 despite pretty boy being out.

He really can't though. He has two options for appeal and the odds of them being accepted, let alone granting a stay, before the start of the football season are extremely slim. He can try to appeal to the entire second circuit court of appeals, or he could appeal to the SCOTUS. Either option has a very low probability of hearing the appeal and even so, it would take months to even get on the docket, and you can't get a stay for filing an appeal - only if the court agrees to hear it and then grants the stay.

I think Brady tries to cut a deal with Goodell. It's really his only option other than to suck it up and take the suspension.

And the 2nd court of appeals denied his en banc appeal claim. He now only has one option left and it's the longest of longshots - appeal to the SCOTUS.

He basically has to serve the suspension at this point, or retire.
