First a disclaimer. I haven't watched an entire NFL game, including a SuperBowl, in probably 5 years or maybe more. Yes, the Cowboys are just that terrible.

But, I am curious, what does everyone think about the new extra point rules being proposed.? to me, it seems like a gimmick to keep you in front of the TV so you'll watch the commercials rather than shoot a 2 and grab a beer before the next possession.

I like it. No one watched and no one on the field cared. With the defense being able to get points off it now they'll being going for more blocks. It will at least make it a little more exciting.

The sport is violent as it is already, there's no need to make it more violent, but you can always try and make it more interesting.

Moving kickoffs back would increase returns that would be called back for penalties, too. The entire NFL does not know how to block on kick returns. What's the percentage of returned kicks w/o a penalty, 25%?
