Nice Hoop Crowd last night of 8,142! (Also, Alcohol Sales now open at all concession stands)

Great turnout last night as the Free Block Party/Concert (alcohol sold in the street too) certainly seemed to help attract more fans to this game plus #7 Houston coming in was an attraction too.

Also...most general fans had no clue that adult beverages would be available for purchase at most concession stands either as some on this board would use that as a reason as why they never bought UCF Hoop Season Tix or even going to one game (with a ticket that they actually paid for).

This is the crowd we need for every game in 2023. Having three thousand in a half empty building with no energy against Kansas or Oklahoma State will not get it done.

It was a fun game till the end...UCF crowd got LOUD!!!

Also...free block party was a blast...Athletic Village was JUMPING last night.

Almost every Big 12 game I’ve seen on TV this year has been packed and loud. We need a coach that gets a little excited.

Kansas might have 2,000 or more fans at our building...almost similar to what Michigan had.

I don’t think I’m asking for miracles. I don’t expect to have Big 12 recruits until “Big 12” is stitched on the front of our jerseys. What I do ask for, is a Senior-laden team to play each game like it is the last game they will ever play, win or lose.

Gonzaga, Iona, Houston, St Mary’s, Davidson, Loyola Chicago, Murray State and Wyoming are all doing quite well without Big 12 on their shirts. That’s not an excuse to not recruit well. Get it done or it’s time to move on.
