This was actually done in 2014 to make time for advertising and is completely not related to politics, but I'm glad you posted this to prove to everyone you truly are a Fox news watching, mentally incapacitated, inbred mouth breathing moron.

You are an absolute embarrassment to this message board, our University, and the human race as a whole. Stop being such a goddamn stupid snowflake.
According to the CBC, the scene was edited out back in 2014, long before Trump would announce his candidacy in June of 2015—that infamous escalator ride that ended with Trump calling Mexicans rapists. And Trump’s short scene wasn’t the only thing that got cut in Canada.
“As is often the case with feature films adapted for television, Home Alone 2 was edited for time,” CBC spokesperson Chuck Thompson told his own news network on Thursday.
“The scene with Donald Trump was one of several that were cut from the movie as none of them were integral to the plot. These edits were done in 2014, when we first acquired the film and before Mr. Trump was elected president.”

Only someone as mind boggling idiotic as yourself would be stupid enough to equate the OP's snowflake little whiny bitch fest about something that doesn't even make sense to the literally impeachable offenses by your demented POTUS.

Yeah, but Trump's impeachment offenses are a Dem-engineered hoax while the shameful deletion of Trump's Oscar-worthy movie cameo was a deliberate 'screw you' by butthurt leftist media.

Damn straight! Editing Trump's fat ass out of a TV-version of the film nowadays would be considered treason -- And you all know what we do to traitors, right?
I agree, the right-wing are being snowflakes on this. But no way would a Clinton or Obama cameo get edited out, without similar complaints, especially if shown an a Fox owned network.
That said ...
I did rather enjoy those of us in the IA/InfoSec space totally throwing mud at FireEye for making Hillary Clinton a keynote speaker at a CyberSecurity event. I don't know many Progressives in the space that were in her favor on that, so she was finally shafted.
I mean, it was not well-timed with the, at the time, announced 11 (now almost 30) people in the State department getting 'disciplined' (i.e., 'prosecuted' outside the public eye, per their contractual agreements) for their roles in the State department's IT being compromised by her servers.**
However, had it just been Conservatives and us moderates (including Liberals and Libertarians), I don't know.
Same thing happened to Chelsea Manning. You had even Clinton staffers pulling out of a defense conference she was set to be a keynote speaker and discussion panel member during. Finally they had to drop her.
At some point, even Progressives in government are critical of some of the people that the US Media and die-hard 'Clinton/Obama can do no wrong' folk won't drop.
**Yes, her servers were compromised, repeatedly, even after rebuilds. This is public information,
tracked and blacklisted by the greater, public InfoSec community, publicly reported on back in late 2015 / early 2016. And then, via as State's own Trendmicro Security, which State admitted in 2017, and detailed more earlier this year.
Most specifically, Stated admitted personnel disabled their TrendMicro security for 6 months, leading to State servers being compromised. This was so Clinton's connectivity, to/from her servers, could be restored. It was sending malware payloads into State. We already knew she was sending malware elsewhere too, and State's admission (with the new administration) wasn't a shocker.
Yes, sorry if the US Media told you otherwise, but -- again --State confirmed in 2017, what the public IA/InfoSec knew shortly after her server became public knowledge during the Benghazi hearings. And, again, we learned in early 2019 (with the original 11, now 29 as of this fall), State IT personnel are being 'disciplined' for their allowing State IT to be compromised by the knowingly compromised Clinton servers.
And yes, the FBI never confirmed it, because they were prevented by DoJ agreement with Clinton during the 2016 investigations.
I agree, being a 'Libertarian' is a radical to the 8% of Progressives and 25% of the Conservatives in the US. But you know who else fits in that category according to Progressives? Liberals!
But my voting block -- the context of my post -- IS considered 'moderate.'
Conscious Liberals and Libertarians are considered 'moderates' from a voting-standpoint.
And this Liberal article is seriously written for mega-hypocritical Progressives like yourself. But you won't read it.
'According to the report, 25 percent of Americans are traditional or devoted conservatives, and their views are far outside the American mainstream. Some 8 percent of Americans are progressive activists, and their views are even less typical.
By contrast, the two-thirds of Americans who don’t belong to either extreme constitute an “exhausted majority.” Their members “share a sense of fatigue with our polarized national conversation, a willingness to be flexible in their political viewpoints, and a lack of voice in the national conversation.”
Most members of the “exhausted majority,” and then some, dislike political correctness. Among the general population, a full 80 percent believe that “political correctness is a problem in our country.” Even young people are uncomfortable with it, including 74 percent ages 24 to 29, and 79 percent under age 24. On this particular issue, the woke are in a clear minority across all ages.
Youth isn’t a good proxy for support of political correctness—and it turns out race isn’t, either.
Whites are ever so slightly less likely than average to believe that political correctness is a problem in the country: 79 percent of them share this sentiment. Instead, it is Asians (82 percent), Hispanics (87 percent), and American Indians (88 percent) who are most likely to oppose political correctness.'
Plenty. I've met a lot as of late who were banned multiple times this year..
I think Facebook 'learned its lesson' this year, from cutting ties with Snopes to no longer banning anyone who didn't fit the left or right viewpoint. It got really bad both earlier this year, and during the fall.
Facebook has had to issue a lot of high level apologies recently.
Can you imagine waking up in the morning and thinking about a message board post from a year ago, and then resurrecting it to show how obsessive people are?
