I'm trying to decide what's weirder: Someone laughing at vitamin D and C supplements or a Trump supporter mocking something Dr. Fauci says about Covid-19.Only with covid do you typically not know you have and a few vitamins fixes it.
Shut it down!
Its taken him 8 months to even get this far which is ridiculous in its own right, but when asked if other things like spinach can help he says no. And why in the heck wouldn't he include zinc as a recommended supplement? If you want to talk about science that has a consensus: supplements, sunlight, and a healthy diet are at the pinnacle of what we would call a consensus when it comes to health and avoiding infection. Maybe in another 8 months he will finally figure out that breathing exercises are helpful with lung health and blood oxygenation.I'm trying to decide what's weirder: Someone laughing at vitamin D and C supplements or a Trump supporter mocking something Dr. Fauci says about Covid-19.
Jesus, do you actually READ the links you post?Just weird this "scary" so called pandemic can be near cured with a few common vitamins.
Honestly, if Fauci had stated this stuff from the beginning he would have a lot more credibility when it comes to wearing masks and social distancing. His first step should have been encouraging healthy diets and lifestyles, then he would have had more credibility when it comes to atypical behavior like wearing masks because it would have been much more clear that his intent was personal health.I don't get why it is so extreme telling people to take vitamins, exercise, stop smoking, etc to limit impacts of Covid. It is without question those in a heathy lifestyle are the ones that have the least impacts from covid.
I cannot like this enough. Addressing people’s lifestyles would be true leadership. Although, I can’t help but feel like anyone other than FLOTUS Obama addressing it would be treated to the activism crucible if lifestyles are disproportionate among groups.Maybe I've just been missing it but it does feel odd that all along there's felt like a general lack of discussion regarding healthier living and building up your immune system.
We started out in the OP laughing at Fauci for suggesting vitamins were a near cure for Covid. Then when I shared that nowhere in the OP’s link was a ‘near cure’ mentioned much less implied, the MAGA hat think tank decides vitamins would have been a good idea all along. What an incredible idea!!!I cannot like this enough. Addressing people’s lifestyles would be true leadership.
That explains the smiley face in your OP, right?I was actually proud Fauci even mentioned vitamins.
The cure is zinc coupled with anti malaria drugs and a z-packJesus, do you actually READ the links you post?
A near cure? What bullshit! Fauci said taking vitamin D and C supplements can "lessen your susceptibility to infection."
