It’s probably not a bad idea for future pandemics. Maybe he is righting the wrong they made when he was VP and is going to replenish the National Stockpile this time and actually make it better.Let's not forgot we are close to having the at risk groups completed with a vaccine already. Seems like a tacit acknowledgement that they don't work. If they worked so well why do we need a contest to make them work better? Answer: cuz they don't do nothing. They scared the hell out of everyone so they needed to give people a blankie to make them feel safe enough to walk out their door into the world.
