If I was unemployed, I’d be high. Even more than 5 percent.

High unemployment and worker shortage at the same time.

I live in PB Gardens and I didn’t hear about this. The shopping plaza by my house has help wanted signs in almost every business. Starbucks is closed. It says renovations but I’m guessing it’s not enough workers.

But can you blame them with the money going out?

If I made only $10-15/hr, it would cost me far more to work. I would, just because of the principle, like a lot of Gen-X'ers, let alone Baby Boomers.

But even Baby Boomers who were forced to 'returned to the workforce' after 2008, have retired too. They don't want to work even $15-20/hr.

So it's not just Millennials and Zoomers either. Boomers too.
