Exactly! I've been bringing this up for awhile now.

Everyone makes fun of Alabama, but it has one of the highest percentage of African-American voter rolls (>96%) and turnout (nearly 70%), that's 5%+ over whites.

And I voted absentee in Alabama, no issue, easier to get than Florida, faster too.
Faster results as well.
