The laughing/cackling at serious questions is a very odd and off-putting habit.
Unfortunately, American politics is far more about likability than it is about policy positions, and stuff like that is going to destroy her as she tries to take a step forward in the spotlight.
Well, that and she’s utterly failed at everything that she’s been put in charge of so far. Oh wait, there was a dinner party for Senate women that everyone came away complimenting, so she’s got that going for her.

She's not a good national politician, but it's actually a pretty smart move from Biden having her as VP. She is literally zero threat against him in 2024. Add that to giving her impossible, unpopular tasks ("Do not come") and it looks brilliant from Biden's camp.
Biden should be more concerned with making it through his first term. It seems fairly ridiculous to be planning for an election that will take place the month of his 82nd birthday.
I suspect there’s no serious Democrat strategist expecting Biden to run, win, and serve as president until he’s 86 years old.
