27 tested positive, that does not mean they came down with covid. It simply means they have inhaled the virus and have it in their sinuses. If the shots work, most of them will never get sick, and never have a viral load heavy enough to spread it. And even if they do get it symptoms, those will be mild to moderate.

Indeed. Unfortunately testing is a crapshoot, and it could be higher or lower, depending on interpretation. Especially ...

One interesting development. Carnival is now going to require proof of a negative covid test before sailing regardless of vaccination status. They didn't have enough confidence in the vaccine it appears. Hopefully that changes.

Again, testing only helps doctors prescribe pre-disease therapy. It doesn't do anything for spread.

We're all being infected. We're all spreading. It's just a matter of magnitude, but it affects vaccinated and unvaccinated with little differences.

The only people not spreading it as much as others are kids.
